Refund & Cancellation Policy The Wedding Nanny – On-Site Childcare for Weddings & Events
To secure your booking date and staffing, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Please review our refund policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
Deposits
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits are used to reserve your date, secure qualified nannies, and cover administrative and staffing preparations.
• Deposits may be credited toward a future event if rescheduled with sufficient notice (see Rescheduling below).
Cancellations
• 60+ days before the event: Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded.
• 60 days before the event: 50% of the remaining balance (excluding deposit) may be refunded.
• Less than 30 days before the event: No refunds will be issued, as staffing and scheduling are already finalized.
Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows
• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Rescheduling
• One complimentary reschedule is allowed if notice is provided at least 14 days prior to the event, subject to availability.
• Rescheduled bookings must occur within 12 months of the original event date.
• Additional rescheduling may incur an administrative fee. Early Event End / Reduced Hours
• No refunds will be issued if the event ends early or childcare services are no longer required during the booked hours. Force Majeure
• In the event of extreme circumstances beyond control (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters), credits may be issued at management’s discretion. Payment Responsibility
• If parents/guardians are billed individually, they are subject to the same refund policy once payment is processed. Acknowledgement By booking with The Wedding Nanny, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
